All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller (NFER) and product availability. By submitting your order you, the customer, are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allow us to use your personal details to supply the items. As the seller we are not obliged to supply the products you have ordered until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order. No contract will exist until we have accepted your order. All prices include VAT where payable at the current rates. If the product is out of stock or we are unable to supply exactly what has been ordered or if there has been a price increase you will be informed at the time of order. In these circumstances if you want to cancel or change your order you may do so. If you choose to go ahead with the order no contract will exist until we have accepted your offer.
