After your order has been accepted by us you have the right to cancel the order for up to seven working days, starting from the day after the day on which you received the item(s). To cancel the contract you need to send a written cancellation request by post to Publications Unit, NFER The Mere Upton Park Slough SL1 2DQ or an email to book.sales@nfer.ac.uk or a fax to 01753 637280. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected. This cancellation policy is separate and additional to our returns policy.
