Neelam is a Project Adminstrator in the Research, Evaluation and Information Department, providing administrative support for the research teams. She is currently administrating on a variety of projects including: The transition from the Foundation Stage to Key Stage 1, Evaluation of the SEN Regional Partnerships, Raising the attainment of bilingual learners in primary schools and National Remodelling Year 2 study.

Joined NFER as a Project Administrator in March 2004. Studied at Thames Valley University gaining a HND in Business & Finance and also The Certificate in Management Studies. Time with NFER has been involved in a variety of tasks including DTP, PowerPoint presentations, devising questionnaires for schools and LEAs and the administration of various projects.
