Joana is a Research Officer in the Research, Evaluation and Information Department. She has collaborated on school improvement and citizenship education projects.

Completed a BSc Psychology with French and an MSc Occupational Psyschology at Goldsmiths University of London.  Taught and supervised student research projects at Universidade Lusofona, Portugal - Department of Psychology.  Other: Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (British Psychological Society); experience of working in human resources (UK) and careers services (Belgium).
