Holly is a Research Officer working in the Northern Office in York and is part of REID (Research, Evaluation and Information Department). Holly has worked on a range of projects including evaluations for the Royal Society of Chemistry, Children's Workforce and Development Council, Local Government Association and Training and Development Agency for Schools.

Prior to joining
NFER Holly worked a Research Manager for three years at the Centre for the Use of Research and Evidence in Education (CUREE), which is based in Coventry. Holly worked on a range of small and large scale projects specialising in continuing professional development (CPD) and mentoring and coaching.
