Pauline is an experienced information specialist who manages and coordinates information and reviews activities for a number of clients, as well as providing information and support services for a wide range of NFER research and development projects. She manages the literature review elements of all NFER projects including the acquisition of the information and reviews resources.
Until recently, Pauline led on coordinating the research information across the Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People’s Services (C4EO), which included the overall management of systematic searching for C4EO scoping, research and knowledge reviews across all C4EO themes, and the establishment of systems for networking consortium research libraries and information services to share evidence.
Her particular skills are in knowledge management and systematic searching.
