New publication from Eurydice

Key Data on Teaching Languages at School in Europe - 2008 Edition
Published in November 2008 by the Eurydice Network, this report gives a picture of language teaching in 31 European countries. It covers modern foreign languages in the curriculum, teaching time, participation rates, assessment, and teachers. It also touches on classical languages and regional and minority languages in the curriculum, CLIL and support for immigrant students.
