Gail is NFER's Media and Communications Manager, working in the Communications, Marketing and Information Services Department. She is responsible for developing and managing NFER's media relations and providing corporate, promotional and marketing copy. Gail also edits NFER News, a free magazine that presents the key messages of NFER's research.

Prior experience and professional background

Gail worked as a journalist in radio, television and print and as a public relations consultant, advising a wide range of clients on media and communications. She also lectured on journalism and media in further and higher education for several years.
