Dissemination and web

Our commitment to communicating research results to the right people is second to none – we promote our work through publishing, marketing, public relations and conferences.

If our research is going to have an impact it’s vital to share the results. We work with clients to make sure the results of our research reach the right people in the most effective way.

  • NFER’s website showcases up-to-date research, events and news
  • Our publications programme makes much of our research available free online
  • We run seminars, workshops and conferences
  • Our free e-alert, nferdirect keeps policy makers and practitioners up-to-date with our work
  • Our free magazine, Impact: NFER’s research news for schools, is distributed to 10,000 schools twice a year and is available on our website
  • We also publish practical research for education, a journal for teachers and education students.
