If you are using the new QCDA optional tests published in 2006 and would like to take part in PASS, please complete the order form below. A standard administration fee of £176.25 (£150 plus VAT at the current rate) will be charged to all schools that take part in the service. This non-refundable fee will need to be paid in advance when you subscribe to the service. A VAT invoice will be issued on receipt of your payment. We cannot process your order until we have received this fee. Please see the order form for details.

Due to the limited number of spaces available we can only offer these services on a first come first served basis. We therefore reserve the right to refuse any school once we have reached our capacity and urge you to return your order form as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
