Delivery

All orders are delivered using Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. All products are shipped using second class post and is charged at £3.00 for customers within the UK. Orders to the rest of the world are charged at £5.00 per item. Products are sent by the cheapest method unless prior arrangements and payment has been made. The seller reserves the right to alter these prices in line with the costs of postage. The customer must request any other delivery method at the time of placing the order and goods will be sent in this manner subject to an additional charge.

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 48 hours. You will be notified of any items that are not available at the time of your order and may choose to cancel or to place the order. These items will be sent to you, as soon as they are available. Please allow 14 working days for delivery to UK addresses. Delivery to non UK addresses is likely to take longer. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by a third party. If the goods fail to arrive please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.
