Soulbury Committee Workforce Survey 2010-2011

The Soulbury Workforce Survey collects information on the numbers and characteristics of local authority staff in England and Wales whose pay and conditions are determined by the Soulbury Committee. It is conducted in order to inform the Committee's pay negotiations.

Previous surveys have been conducted in 1990, 1998, 2002, 2004 and 2007. All local authorities in England and Wales will complete a set of data collection forms which will be hosted on the NFER schools portal. Once received, the data will be extracted into SPSS, cleaned, grossed and analysed. Project outputs will include a final report and an accompanying SPSS dataset.
