If you are using the new QCA optional tests published in 2006 and would like to take part in PASS, please complete the order form below. A standard administration fee of £172.50 (£150 plus VAT) will be charged to all schools that take part in the service. This fee will need to be paid in advance as a non-refundable deposit when you subscribe to the service. We cannot process your order until we receive this deposit.

Due to the limited number of spaces available we can only offer these services on a first come first served basis. We therefore reserve the right to refuse any school once we have reached our capacity and urge you to return your order form as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
