For the last two years we have successfully offered a service where schools could mark their pupils' tests on to our marking software.

We are able to offer this service again, which enables test levels to be automatically calculated when all the raw scores have been entered into the software.

We then collect pupils' question-level responses and produce a report containing the same analyses as listed for the marking and analysis service.

How does the self-marking and analysis service work?

Please note the following dates refer to the self-marking service that guarantees the return of results in July 2009.

1. We will require you to complete pupil data forms as if we were marking your papers. These forms need to be returned by 6 March 2009 if you would like your results returned in July 2009.
2. In April we will send you the marking software and instructions on how to install and use the program.
3. You will need to export and send us your pupils’ question-level responses by 8 June 2009 in order to receive your analysis report in July 2009.
